🚚 Orders & Shipping

At Rigg Up Gear, we know you want your new Target One equipment ready for the range as soon as possible. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order from our warehouse to your door.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: All orders containing in-stock items are processed, packed, and handed over to our couriers within 1-2 business days.

  • Business Days: We operate Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Pre-Orders & Incoming Stock

Pre-ordering allows you to secure high-demand gear (like specific color combinations or holster models) before the shipment lands in South Africa.

  • Payment: Payment is required immediately at checkout to secure your reservation and lock in any pre-order discounts.

  • Estimated Arrival: While we provide an estimated arrival date (ETA) for pre-order stock, international freight and South African Customs processing can sometimes cause unforeseen delays. We will keep you updated via email should the timeline change.

  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both In-Stock items and Pre-Order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order items arrive.

    • Tip: If you need the in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it ships, please contact us for a full refund.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively within the Republic of South Africa. Fees are calculated at checkout.

4. Important Note for Outlying Areas

If you live on a farm, in a remote area, or a high-risk zone where standard door-to-door couriers might struggle:

  • You may choose to arrange your own courier, but we cannot be held accountable for the package once it departs from our facility.

  • We can arrange delivery to a Pargo Locker or Depot Location.

  • Action Required: Please place your order as normal, then immediately email us at hi@riggup.co.za with your order number and your preferred Locker/Depot location. A shipping quote will be provided based on your chosen delivery option, kindly transfer the shipping cost via EFT to our bank account, upon receipt, your parcel will be dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Waybill Number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Rigg Up Gear cannot be held responsible for parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Lost: If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with the courier.

  • Damaged: If your box arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the unopened box and the contents immediately. Send these to hi@riggup.co.za within 48 hours so we can assist you.
