We want you to be absolutely happy with your build. If something isn't right with your gear, we are here to help sort it out.

1. The 7-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date your order was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused & Unworn: In the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Returned in the original packaging with all tags, screws, and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: We require your Order Number to process the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

  • Customized or personalized goods.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hi@riggup.co.za with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]".

  2. In the email, please specify the item you wish to return and the reason.

  3. We will reply with the return shipping address and instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to sizing issues or personal preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the product is defective, Rigg Up Gear will cover the courier costs to collect the item and send you the correct one.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will verify that the item is unused and in original condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed on our side.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different colour or size:

  1. Please email us to confirm stock availability of the new item.

  2. Send your original item back to us.

  3. Once accepted, we will ship the replacement item. (Note: Standard shipping fees may apply for the new shipment unless the original item was defective).
