We maintain a direct line of communication with the brand’s owner and designer, ensuring that any technical issues or product feedback are addressed with expert authority and precision. While Target One products are engineered using the highest quality materials, our partnership ensures that if an issue does arise, it will be resolved timeously and professionally.
2. Warranty Period
All products purchased through Rigg Up Gear are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
3. What is Covered
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Under this policy, Rigg Up Gear will, at our discretion:

Replace the part or product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
4. Conditions for Coverage
To qualify for warranty support, the following conditions must be met:

This warranty does not cover:

6. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your gear has a defect, please follow these steps:

Shipping: For approved warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to our facility. Rigg Up Gear will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you within South Africa.
